Joining from outside India
Therapy sessions can be joined from any country with a stable connection. Availability follows the clinician's calendar and is shown in your local time. Psychiatry outside India is offered as assessment, review and second-opinion work — prescribing rules differ by country and are confirmed before any follow-up. Fees, session length and what happens next
- Fees
- ₹2,500 / US$25 for a consultation with our current specialists. The fee for each clinician is shown on their profile and again at checkout, converted to your local currency where a rate is available. There is no separate platform charge.
- Session length
- Session length is set by each clinician and shown on their profile and on the slot you pick, so you know the exact duration before you pay.
- Languages
- English, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Bengali. Languages vary by clinician and are listed on each profile — filter on the specialists page before booking.
- How the session happens
- Sessions are held in a Google Meet room created for that appointment only. Nothing is recorded unless you give explicit consent first.
- Follow-up
- Follow-up is booked the same way as the first appointment, with the same clinician where you prefer. Your notes, any prescription and previous sessions stay on one record, so you do not repeat your history each time.
Talking therapy with our psychologists is available wherever you can join a secure video call. Psychiatry consultations outside India are provided as assessment, review and second-opinion work; prescriptions for a country other than India generally have to be issued or endorsed by a clinician registered there, and your psychiatrist will tell you what applies in your case before you book a follow-up.
What online care cannot do
- Online care is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline.
- Medically supervised detoxification, acute psychosis and situations needing physical examination or admission require in-person services.
- Prescribing depends on the clinician's registration and the rules of the country you are in; your clinician confirms what is possible at assessment.

- Can I consult from outside India?
- Yes. Sessions are held over secure video and our clinicians hold slots that work for the Gulf, UK, Europe, North America, Australia and Singapore.
- Will the session be in my time zone?
- Slots are always displayed in the time zone your device reports, so what you see is when the session starts where you are.
- Which languages are available?
- Clinicians list the languages they practise in on their profile — English plus Indian languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada across the team.
- How do I pay from abroad?
- Fees are converted to your local currency at checkout so you always see the amount before you confirm.
- Can I get a prescription abroad?
- Prescribing depends on the rules where you live. Your psychiatrist will tell you at assessment whether a prescription can be issued or whether a local physician needs to countersign.
