Fees, session length and what happens next
- Fees
- ₹2,500 / US$25 for a consultation with our current specialists. The fee for each clinician is shown on their profile and again at checkout, converted to your local currency where a rate is available. There is no separate platform charge.
- Session length
- Session length is set by each clinician and shown on their profile and on the slot you pick, so you know the exact duration before you pay.
- Languages
- English, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Bengali. Languages vary by clinician and are listed on each profile — filter on the specialists page before booking.
- How the session happens
- Sessions are held in a Google Meet room created for that appointment only. Nothing is recorded unless you give explicit consent first.
- Follow-up
- Follow-up is booked the same way as the first appointment, with the same clinician where you prefer. Your notes, any prescription and previous sessions stay on one record, so you do not repeat your history each time.
Our psychiatrists are registered medical practitioners in India and work within India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. An e-prescription can be issued after assessment where those guidelines permit it for your presentation; some medicines must be prescribed in person.
Talking therapy with our psychologists is available wherever you can join a secure video call. Psychiatry consultations outside India are provided as assessment, review and second-opinion work; prescriptions for a country other than India generally have to be issued or endorsed by a clinician registered there, and your psychiatrist will tell you what applies in your case before you book a follow-up.
What online care cannot do
- Online care is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline.
- Medically supervised detoxification, acute psychosis and situations needing physical examination or admission require in-person services.
- Prescribing depends on the clinician's registration and the rules of the country you are in; your clinician confirms what is possible at assessment.

Frequently asked questions
Is medically supervised detox available online?
No. Detoxification needs an in-person setting. Online care covers assessment, planning, relapse prevention and follow-up, and your clinician will advise on referral if inpatient care is required.
